Dr Lisa Shelton graduated from RMIT (Victoria) with an award for clinical excellence and has been in practice for the past 30 years. She regularly attends seminars and monitors health research and development to bring you and your family the best in caring, personalised, results-based care.

Techniques utilised by Lisa include Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), Activator methods, Gonstead / Diversified (manual adjusting), Thompson drop piece technique and Applied Kinesiology (AK), Cranial adjusting.

Lisa owned Erina Chiropractic Centre (now Evolve Chiropractic) for 26 years. In addition she has a background in childbirth education (She Births), doulaing and a Diploma in Yogic Studies. She has served as a governor on the board of the Australian Spinal Research Foundation and undertaken postgraduate studies in clinical epidemiology. Since 2018, she and Dr Mandy joined forces to create About You Chiropractic.

Lisa loves living on the Central Coast with her husband and two children. She is passionate about inspiring people to take the best care of their spine and nerves to then enable them to express their best version of themselves.

Dr Mandy Vella graduated from Macquarie University with the Chiropractic Education Australia Award in Clinical Excellence. She believes that keeping up to date with the latest health research and attending seminars is the key to providing you and your family with results-based care through the highest standard of chiropractic.

Mandy has an immense respect for the healing capacity of the body and how much control we have over our own health. She is passionate about helping you to achieve your personal health goals. Being a mum to 2 littlies, Mandy also understands the pre & postnatal (and life!) challenges that mum’s and families face.

Techniques utilised by Mandy include Diversified (manual adjusting), activator methods, TPT drop piece technique and cranial adjusting.
